Wedding Breakfast Guide

Entrance

The entrance to your wedding breakfast is a chance to have a bit of fun and I love to get all of the guests out of their seats, clapping and cheering and announce the newlyweds into the room with a banging party song. Even better if you have your own groomsman or bridesmaid MC for that personal touch, they are more than welcome to use my microphone.

Songs

I usually gauge the audience and pick songs as I go, making sure I do a varied mix of songs I know always go down well. If you’d prefer, you are welcome to choose all of the songs I sing from my various lists (find them here) or pick a few of your favourites and leave the rest up to me.

If you’d like to pick all of the songs I sing, 90 mins of live performance is roughly 30 songs.

Vibe

We can make your sit down meal a chilled time for conversation or a napkin swinging party! You’ve probably spent a bit of money on the food so I recommend a chilled, more background first half while everyone enjoys their dinner and then if you want, I can ramp up dessert time with some proper party tunes.

Preferences

It’d be really helpful for me to know any songs or artists you don't like or don’t want me to play so I can make sure to steer clear of them. This includes the songs I perform and the songs I play on the background playlist in between my sets.

Duplicates

It’d also be great to know your first dance song or any other meaningful songs you’ve chosen for after I’ve left so that I can avoid them and they don't get repeated.
